Hello, we're Systematic and we’re excited to be growing our current Graphic Design Team and are inviting applications from creative graphic and digital designers. Creative and eye-catching campaigns are at the heart of our offer to leading businesses across the UK, adding to our print, mailing and marketing services. You will be contributing to every aspect of our client and in-house design projects, from inception through to production.

The role can be part-time or full-time (Monday to Friday, core business hours are 8.30am – 5pm). It comes with a competitive salary and a wide range of benefits. Applicants should be able to work from Systematic HQ in Caistor, Lincolnshire, at least one day each week. When working remotely, they will have daily interaction with our broader whole team and an immediate peer group of other Graphic Designers and our Digital / IT Manager.

Your creativity will be a perfect fit for our team if you;
Hold a bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related creative discipline
Have an eye for great design and an excellent attention to detail
Can work independently, or within a team, to deliver projects
Are confident researching and explore projects to extract stories and themes
Are a conceptual thinker, with the ability to articulate your ideas to the rest of the team and clients alike
Are proficient in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
Have a good eye for photography to help out with client and in-house photography requirements
Have literacy and numeracy skills that support the accuracy and attentiveness which underpin our work
Take ownership of targets and are self-motivated in achieving them
Are looking for a long-term career where excellent performance is valued and rewarded.

Desirable, yet not essential, skills include;
2D animation and illustration
Website design and/or digital marketing
Knowledge of After Effects and Premiere.
