PLACE OF WORK: Remote (home based), with occasional client site visits and internal team meetings. Must be based in or near London as you will be expected to attend team meetings (usually every few weeks).

Presented is a dynamic presentation design agency, delivering high-end creative presentations. We work with a long list of illustrious clients across all sectors, with staff in the UK and Portugal.

We need a hard-working and talented Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients. You will need good creative and PowerPoint knowledge to bring projects to a successful conclusion, managing our design team to produce high quality digital presentation materials on time and on budget and always in a friendly and professional manner. You will manage several projects at any one time, from start to finish, often juggling and changing resources at the last minute to meet deadlines and demanding client needs. You must be able to work collaboratively as you will be working very closely with management team and designers.

This is a role where you will be constantly learning. You must be self-disciplined and highly motivated to work from home, and have a space that is good for working in. We are constantly looking to improve as a team so there is opportunity for training and progression. We’re a friendly and growing team who constantly push the boundaries with presentations.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Gather client requirements and advise on projects accordingly. Agree budgets and deadlines with clients, and ensure all work is delivered on budget, on time and exceeds client’s expectations
• Project manage multiple projects at one time, each with varying degrees of complexity and budget
• Manage design team and help to identify areas of growth and development, setting goals with designers to consistently improve efficiency and creativity
• Ensure team reaches agreed KPIs
• Target a conversion rate of >70% for all new enquiries
• Keep project tracking systems up to date


KEY CAPABILITIES, MANAGING PROJECTS:
• Listen well and ask relevant questions in order to understand client requirements, offer solutions, quote accurately, see job through to completion and invoice appropriately
• Effectively manage multiple projects at any one time, to deliver all projects on-time, on-budget, and to a level that exceeds client’s expectations
• Work closely with management team to juggle design resources (in-house and external) and company’s workflow to meet all deadlines and demands of different clients
• Keep workflow planner updated
• Communicate job briefs to designers clearly
• Communicate job progress and budget updates to all stakeholders as required
• Foresee and manage potential issues, including escalating budgets
• Create and maintain strong internal and external relationships through regular and prompt communication, and ensuring promises are kept and expectations managed
• Actively seek to increase services offered to each client


EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience within the creative industry
• Experience in managing a design team and deadlines on multiple projects
• Experience in managing the design process from start to finish
• Experience in managing a busy workflow
• High working knowledge of Microsoft Office365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and desirable to have Adobe knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
• Experience in managing and controlling budgets
• Experience in following Agency procedures and practices
• Excellent IT skills and speed around keyboard
