We’re after a rockstar Resource Manager to join our team.
The successful applicant will have:
Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a resource manager in a digital agency
Be a self-starter
Be exceptionally well-organised
Possess excellent people skills
Carry a firm-but-fair attitude
Be fast thinking, natural problem-solver
Your duties will be to:
Be responsible for managing the allocation of resource across all live and upcoming projects
Manage resource across Strategy, Creative, Design, Tech and Motion teams
Work closely with department heads to ensure that the appropriate allocation of resource
Manage ever-changing requirements and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Work with client services teams to ensure that freelancer bookings are as efficient as possible
Manage resourcing conflicts through scheduling (in conjunction with client services and heads)
Gradually understand the different skillsets and specialisms of all the team members
Work closely with client services and department heads to schedule projects and minimise resourcing clashes
