THE ROLE
This is an opportunity for a highly organised, hands on graphic designer to work on projects from conceptual stages through to design delivery. You will need to have a minimum of 5 years previous experience of branding and campaigns for retail environments, considering the customer journey and engagement at different retail touch points so this role would really suit a versatile creative who is equally brilliant developing a concept for windows, in-store communications and print. Working with a collaborative and fast paced team you will need a sharp eye for detail and be an inspirational and influential team member.

You will work directly with our Design-Coordinator and Creative Director to deliver Graphics on time and to budget with our critical path. You will be responsible for managing a small graphics team and ensuring delivery of work to schedule and specification. You will be responsible for delivering artwork for use in brochures, online, in store point of sale, advertising and PR.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Provide consistent meticulous graphic illustration + presentation artwork to design team
•Work with designers + product development on technical illustrations from initial concept through to finished product
•Creating clear typography graphics and messages for use online, in store and on merchandise as part of our brand development.
•Create key seasonal and branding graphics for use in brochures, web, and point of sale in-store displays.
•Work with design teams to collate all imagery + product information for selling tools
•Provide digital catalogue with clear and accurate product visuals
•Maintain comprehensible digital asset library of graphic artwork
•Follow seasonal department calendars and be accountable for delivering to critical path
•An excellent understanding of artwork, print, production and finishing processes
•Lead a small graphics team responsible for creating all product and lifestyle imagery for use in brochures, web campaigns and social media. Ensuring work is delivered on time and to specification.

PERSONAL PROFILE
•Passion for illustrating + creative approach to Jewellery and fashion graphics
•Meticulous illustration aesthetic
•A proven track record of delivering effective digital strategies and design solutions
•Advanced graphic software skills – Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign is essential. Specialist additional graphic software skills are desirable
•Understanding + knowledge of accessories product + trends
•Experience with graphic layouts
•Strong portfolio clearly demonstrating an ability to approach different projects from the brands perspective keeping within their core values and design.

•An in-depth understanding of retail communications, in-store environment and customer behaviour

•Related degree in fashion / graphics
•Graphics / cad design software qualifications
