This job has now Expired!!

We’re looking for an experienced, and terrifyingly brilliant, Senior Creative to join our social agency. Are you one of those and can you start in the next few minutes? Okay great.

You’ll be working within a fast-growing creative team to deliver excellent engaging content and campaigns for some of the UK’s favourite broadcasters and brands. Our clients include Channel 4, B&Q, IHG, Jamie Oliver & Have I Got News For You.

Who we’re looking for:

You know most social platforms and formats like the back of your hand (or phone). Demonstrable experience in turning client briefs into social gold across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and Snapchat (or some of those platforms at least) is essential. It’s not just social posts, it’s understanding how to craft highly shareable content in a wide array of organic and paid formats to grab the attention of millions. You know the differences between a Canvas and a Carousel and have probably posted an Instagram Story in the last few minutes. You speak in fluent hashtag and can chat at length about brands/broadcasters/individuals you’re obsessed with on social. (spoiler alert – you’ll be asked to do this if we interview you)

You’re able to manage and mentor a team, or hub, of creatives who will report directly into you. From conception to implementation, your leadership in content production, story-telling, project management and an innate understanding of the content audiences crave is what’s expected of you.

You’re a big-picture thinker but can also think small depending on the brief, client or task at hand. You’re able to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously (actual juggling is also not frowned upon). You thrive in a fast-paced, lively (often very lively) environment. You’re on-point with current trends and are constantly looking at new platforms/formats and ways to innovate.

You’re adept in integrated 360 campaigns across agencies and have no problem creating and presenting an engaging deck to win over senior clients and stakeholders. You are collaborative, adaptable, quick on your feet and you’re probably a decent human being.

You’re as hands-on as you are capable of delegating. You can spot opportunities and work with producers, designers, paid media specialists and account leads to sell them in. You take client-feedback and criticism and use it to learn. Everything you produce is improved and optimised from the last thing you worked on.

Agency experience is preferred but we’re open minded as to where you currently work as we’ve built our (brilliant) team from all backgrounds. A sense of humour is crucial, and an unflappable nature is definitely a bonus.

Desired sector experience:

Experience with retail clients, and their distinct needs, would be an advantage. You'll have a strong interest in DIY, interiors trends, homeware and styling. You don't have to be able to build a shed, but knowing the difference between eggshell, satin and semi-gloss paint will give you a leg-up.

OR

Experience in the travel or hospitality sector or at the very least – a huge passion for travel. You’ll have a distinct understanding what a community of travellers and guests seek before, during and after their trips on social media.
