We are looking for someone to join us as a junior designer in our fast paced, growing creative agency in Central London. The successful candidate will be working on a national, digitally led campaign in the drinks industry as well as ad-hoc projects as and when required.
You will be responsible for creating designs for social campaigns and developing websites using a templated CMS system. The successful candidate will work with a content writer. They will have a passionate approach to creativity and be competent in creating visuals in order to create compelling and engaging designs, which are relevant to the audience.
The bulk of the content creation will be pictures, video and written posts. On some occasions this will involve pro-actively developing relevant content thinking about interesting uses of backgrounds, messages and type within the shot - ultimately creating content that will stand out in the fiercely competitive world of social and can be quickly turned around to be current and reactive.
The successful candidate will report into the Creative Director yet work closely with the account management team to deliver content in a reactive yet relevant and strategic way. An understanding of basic digital and specifically social principles is highly desirable as well as an active interest in new trends and opportunities, demonstrating a proactive approach to understanding the industry.

An understanding of basic CMS systems (Squarespace and Wordpress) would be a benefit
An understanding of Adobe creative suite – indesign, photoshop, illustrator.
