We are a small, ideas focused creative agency. We work with clients large and small, across a diverse range of industries creating brand identities, print and digital design.

As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for the maintenance and production of current and future web development projects. You will have an interest in the web and emerging web technologies that borders on the obsessive.

Essential skills are:
Experience and passion for web development with a ridiculously fine attention to detail
A can-do, problem solving attitude
Great team-working ability — you will be working closely with a small team of creatives in a busy, deadline driven environment
Excellent communication skills — on occasions you will be client facing
A commitment to improve yourself and the team that you work with
Back-end development using ASP, PHP and MySQL
Front-end hand-coding of HTML, valid XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery etc
Experience in producing accessible and user-friendly websites
Working with, building and developing efficient CMS platforms

The following skills are also highly desirable:
Search-engine optimisation
Knowledge of web accessibility and usability best practices
Experience using off-the-shelf website packages such as WordPress and Drupal
Flash Actionscripting skills
