We bucked the trend and achieved 40% year-on-year growth last year, even under this recession. Following many new recent pitch wins, we are now on the hunt for a genius Web Developer to join our young and vibrant team.

You'll be working closely with and report directly to the Creative Director.

You should understand the trend of web development. There shouldn't be much you don't know about HTML, CSS(accessible, W3C compliant, hand-coded), or even PHP, JavaScript. You should have experience of working with Photoshop, and Flash ActionScript would be a huge bonus. You should be crazy passionate about coding, we don't even mind it if it's in a geeky way. You should be comfortable with both handcoding and using application such as Dreamweaver or Homesite. You will be required to work with minimal supervision and as cliche as it sounds, you should be a great team player too. Appropriate training would be given, but you will quickly be required to deliver projects right from the beginning to sign-off. Tight deadlines are what we deal with here at Xcetra on a daily basis, this shouldn't scare you, in fact pressure should bring out the best of you.
